The Order History tab will now track quantity changes to subscriptions along with a label that details which user made the amendment.
Customers are now able to view the status of open support tickets in the Telefónica Tech UK Store. All open tickets from Autotask are now displayed in 'CSP Support' under the white Support button.
We've upgraded our portal to improve the user experience. You can now manage your orders and subscriptions online.
